How long can the cake last after pick up?
Please refrigerate the cake within 1 hour after pick up.
We recommend eating the cake at room/slightly chilled temperature for the best flavour and texture so do remove the cake from the fridge approximately 30 minutes before serving.
How do I store unfinished cake?
Unfinished cake can be kept for up to 3 days in an airtight container - over time, moisture is drawn out of the cake and the texture becomes drier.
Best consumed on day of collection.
Why is there condensation on my cake?
Condensation on a cake typically occurs when the cake is removed from the refrigerator and brought to room temperature in a humid environment (temperature/moisture fluctuations). To prevent this, you can allow the cake to come to room temperature in a less humid environment.
How should I transport my cake?
Please transport the cake on a flat surface like the footwell of the car or hand held by passenger. Keep the cake away from direct heat or sunlight to avoid damage.
