How should I transport my cake?

Please transport the cake on a flat surface like the footwell of the car or hand held by passenger. Keep the cake away from direct heat or sunlight to avoid damage.

How long can the cake last after pick up?

Please refrigerate the cake within 1 hour after pick up. It is best not to leave the cake out for too long, especially in Singapore's warm weather.

Does the cake taste better chilled or at room temperature?

The cake is best enjoyed slightly softened. We recommend taking it out 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop and for the Swiss meringue buttercream to reach a smoother, creamier texture.

Why is there condensation on my cake?

Condensation on a cake typically occurs when the cake is removed from the refrigerator and brought to room temperature in a humid environment (temperature/moisture fluctuations). To prevent this, you can allow the cake to come to room temperature in a less humid environment.

What is the shelf life of the cake?

For best taste and texture, we recommend consuming the cake within 2-3 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.

How do I store unfinished cake?

Keep the cake refrigerated at all times. Place it in an airtight box to prevent the cake from drying out or absorbing fridge odours.
