Terms of Delivery
Please allow the calendar picker to load upon checking out. We will not be liable for missed orders without a delivery date.
Delivery time is 2-6PM. Deliveries will be made from West to East. Strictly no picking of time slot as the carrier plans the route. If you need the cake at a specific time, please arrange for your own delivery via Lalamove or Grab.
We do not deliver to:
- Shopping Malls
- Office Buildings/CBD
- Hospitals & Medical Centers
- Tuas, Sentosa, Airports, Air Base
Delivery to Hotels
For deliveries to hotels, kindly provide us the full name as per NRIC/Passport of the person who did the booking.
All orders will be left with the concierge. However, we will not be liable for damaged cakes handed over to you by the hotel staff. Please place an order at your own risk.
Delivery to Universities/Hostels
Please ensure that you are able to collect the cake directly from the carrier when contacted by him/her between 2-6PM. You may also get someone to collect the cake on behalf of you. If the delivery is unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be made
Unsuccessful Delivery
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:
- No one is available to receive the order
- Uncontactable despite several calls and texts
Our SOP is:
Carrier will leave it outside, take photo for proof of delivery and leave. Kindly note that we will not not liable for damaged/melted cakes for orders left at door step.
If the main door cannot even be accessed or the address provided is incorrect, your order will be canceled and no refunds will be made.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address Provided
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address provided and you are uncontactable within 10 minutes of the rider's arrival, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
Terms of Self Collection
Pickup Location: 212 Jurong East Street 21 (600212)
Tue, Wed, Thu: 12PM - 2PM, 5PM - 7PM
Fri, Sat: 12PM - 2PM
Sun, Mon: OFF
Kindly arrive between your chosen time-slot. Late comers will not be entertained.
If you're late for the pickup:
- You may choose to return in the evening or pickup the following day (excluding sun/mon).
- Arrange for your own delivery.

Change of Delivery Address
Please inform us at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery date if there are changes to your delivery address.
Cancellations of Orders
Please inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery date for cancellation. No refunds will be made you the order is cancelled within 7 days from your scheduled delivery date.
Damaged Cakes
Please note that each delivery comes with a risk. All items are packed and handed over to the carrier in satisfactory conditions with specific instructions for cake handling. We will not be liable for damaged cakes caused during deliveries.
Customised Cakes
After receiving a quote from us, full payment has to be made within 24 hours. Failure to to do will result in a loss of slot. The available slot will be given to the next person in line.
Differences in colour/design from image shown on website
Colours are mixed individually for each design. As two colours or more are required to achieve the desired colour, there maybe be a slight difference in the outcome of the final colour. Lighting and storage plays a part on how the cake would turn out as well.
There may also be a slight variation for the final outlook of the cake as each of them is crafted individually, the end product will not be of 100% resemblance. Please note that we do not copy designs from other shops. Minor alterations will be made.
All requested drawings are hand piped not printed, thus it will not be of 100% resemblance to the pictures provided as well. We will try our very best to follow as closely as possible.
Classes
General
- The dates, duration of classes are subject to change, and Dough re mi cake will email or call you, based on the information you provide to notify you of the changes.
- In the unlikely event of unforseen circumstances, Dough re mi cake reserves the right to change the date of or cancel an event. If that occurs, a refund of any payment made will be given.
- In cases of insufficient registrations for the class, please note that commencement of classes might be postponed or cancelled. You will be notified via text/call. A full refund will be made for classes that are cancelled.
- Occasionally, we may take photographic or video images of the classes. If you do not wish to be included in such, please inform us beforehand.
Cancellation of Class Booking
- Fees for classes must be paid in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- If you are unable to make it for the class, we highly recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
- Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations within 7 days before the course start date - No refunds
- Cancellations within 7 - 14 days prior to the course start date - 50% refund
- Cancellations requested more than 14 days prior to class commencement - 100% refund
- No show - No refunds
Class Transfer Policy
Please inform us at least 3 days prior to class commencement date. No transfers allowed for transfer request less than 3 days prior to class commencement date.
Other General Information
- Classes start promptly. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time.
- Please keep the kitchen and your work area clean and tidy at all times.
- We strongly encourage everyone to wear a mask at all times inside the studio except when eating and drinking.
